- 1. Scope of Services
Arbeiders Education Consultancy acts as an educational consultancy and facilitator. Our services include career counseling, university application assistance, document review, and visa guidance.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, admission criteria and visa regulations are subject to change by respective universities and governments without prior notice.
- 2. No Guarantees Clause
University Admissions: The final decision regarding admission lies solely with the specific university or educational institution. Arbeiders Education Consultancy cannot guarantee admission.
Visa Issuance: The issuance of a student visa is the sole prerogative of the respective Embassy or High Commission. Arbeiders Education Consultancy assists with documentation and preparation but does not guarantee visa approval. We are not liable for visa denials, delays, or financial losses incurred as a result of rejection.
- 3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, authentic, and complete documents. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
- You are responsible for paying all third-party fees directly, including university application fees, visa fees, and medical examination costs.
- You agree to adhere to the timelines provided by our counsellors to ensure deadlines are met.
- 4. Fees and Refunds
Consultancy fees (if applicable) are for the professional time and expertise provided. These fees are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced, regardless of the admission or visa outcome, unless stated otherwise in a specific written agreement.
- 5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and success stories, is the property of Arbeiders Education Consultancy. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
- 6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
