"Arbeiders Education guided me from applying to MIT, through course selection, visa preparation, and settling in Boston. Their support was exceptional β I could not have done it without them."
We have direct relationships with admissions offices at leading universities across all 8 destination countries.
Real students. Real universities. Real outcomes.
Arbeiders helped me navigate the entire Oxford application from scratch β personal statement, interview prep, and visa. I'm now reading Law at Magdalen College.
I had no idea where to start with the CSC scholarship. Brian and Wanjiku walked me through every document. I'm now at Peking University fully funded.
As a mature student with a family, I was nervous about going back to school abroad. Amina tailored a plan that worked for my life. I'm loving Toronto.
The MEXT scholarship seemed impossible for a Kenyan. Wanjiku proved me wrong. Free tuition, monthly stipend, and I'm doing robotics at University of Tokyo.
Germany was my first choice but I didn't know where to begin with blocked account, APS, and the visa. Arbeiders made it seamless. Zero tuition at TU Munich!
I got my GKS scholarship for South Korea with Wanjiku's guidance. The language prep, the application, the visa β all handled professionally. Highly recommend.
Everything prospective students and parents typically ask us.
Our initial consultation is completely free. Service fees depend on the destination and package selected β we are transparent about all costs upfront with no hidden charges. Contact us for a detailed breakdown.
Requirements vary by country and program. Generally, a C+ and above opens most doors. Some destinations like Germany and China are more accessible for Bβ grades, while top UK and US universities typically require Aβ and above. We assess your profile individually.
Yes β most destinations allow part-time work. Australia permits 48 hrs/fortnight, the UK and Germany allow ~20 hrs/week, Canada allows 24 hrs/week, and Japan allows 28 hrs/week. The USA restricts work to on-campus roles (20 hrs/week) during term.
It depends on the destination. UK and Australia applications take 3β6 months from first consultation to visa. Canada and USA can take 6β12 months for competitive programs. We recommend starting at least one year before your intended intake date.
No agency can legally guarantee a visa β that decision rests with the embassy. However, our thorough visa coaching, financial documentation review, and mock interview preparation give our students significantly higher approval rates than the national average.
There are many β Chevening (UK), Fulbright (USA), CSC (China), GKS (South Korea), MEXT (Japan), DAAD (Germany), Commonwealth (UK), and Holland Scholarship (Netherlands). Several are fully funded. We actively identify and apply for all scholarships you qualify for.
Yes β public German universities charge no tuition fees for international students. You only pay a semester administration fee of roughly β¬100β400. You do need to show a blocked account (Sperrkonto) of approximately β¬11,208 for your visa application to cover living costs.
In many countries, yes. The UK, Canada, Australia, and Germany allow dependants (spouse and children) to accompany you on a student visa, subject to financial requirements. We advise on the specific conditions for each destination.
